Refund Policy

If Regulate isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full — no hard feelings.
1. How to request a refund
Email hi@tryregulate.com within 14 days of your purchase from the email address you used to buy, and tell us you’d like a refund. You don’t need to give a reason. We’ll confirm and process it.
2. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your access to the related pack ends.
3. Digital content & your right of withdrawal
Regulate is digital content that is made available immediately after purchase. By buying and opening your pack, you ask us to give you access right away and acknowledge that — under EU consumer law — your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can lapse once delivery has begun. Regardless of that, we voluntarily offer the 14-day money-back guarantee above, so you are covered either way.
4. Exceptions
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase are at our discretion.
- We may decline refunds where there is clear abuse — for example sharing access, repeated buy-and-refund behaviour, or attempts to circumvent the device limit.
- If you opened a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first — we’ll almost always sort it out faster directly.
